Hi! We are Alex + Elaina

We’ve spent the last 5 years building our dream home and homestead from scratch.

What started as a dream of building a forever home, turned into a life-changing experience and a home more beautiful and functional than we could’ve imagined.

We knew we wanted a high-performance, fully custom home but didn’t have the budget to hire a custom builder. With no formal construction experience, we took on the role of being our own general contractor and did over 80% of the work ourselves to control cost, quality, and long-term performance.
