Return Policy for Digital Products

If you go through The No Regrets Build Guide, use it to help you make selections, and don't feel confident it'll help you during your home build, email us and let us know.

We're not a corporation with an overseas call center. It's just the two of us trying to help you build your dream.

To be eligible for a refund:

• The purchase must be made within the past 14 days
• You need to provide proof of purchase (i.e. order number or confirmation email)
• Include a quick note on the technical issue or why it's not the right fit for your project
• If applicable, the 60 minute Build Consult call must be unused. Once we've spent that one-on-one time together, we've delivered a service - so refunds no longer apply.

Send us an email at contact@buylandbuilddreams.com within 14 days of purchase and we'll make it right. If your refund request is approved, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Once a refund is processed, access to The No Regrets Build Guide and any bonuses will be removed from your account.

Please note: We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we believe the request is fraudulent or abusive.
