Consultation Call Agreement

Please read this agreement before booking your consultation call. By scheduling and attending your call, you agree to the terms below with Buy Land Build Dreams, LLC ("we," "us," or "our").

1. Nature of the Consultation

Your 60-minute consultation call with us is provided as a bonus for qualifying purchases of The No Regrets Build Guide™. The call is intended to provide general owner-builder information and to review materials you choose to share, such as plans, budgets, or project documents.

The information provided during this call is based on our personal experience building our own home and is shared for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute professional engineering, architectural, legal, financial, contractor or other advice. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL DECISIONS MADE REGARDING YOUR PROJECT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DESIGN, CONSTRUCTION METHODS, HIRING DECISIONS, CODE COMPLIANCE, AND BUDGET MANAGEMENT.

2. Recording and Use of Call Content

Recording Disclosure

Your consultation call will be recorded via Google Meet or a similar video platform selected by us. By booking and attending the call, you consent to being recorded for the purposes described below. A copy of the recording will be sent to you after the call.

Use of Recordings

Call recordings may be used to improve our products, including training a future AI assistant feature offered through us. Your personal project details, including budget, location, and personal identifying information, will be anonymized or excluded before any recording is used for product improvements or AI training purposes. You are under no obligation to consent, and your refusal will not affect any other aspect of your purchase or experience with us.

Marketing and Content

We may wish to use clips or highlights from your call for marketing, educational content, or social media. Our use of such clips or highlights may include your name, likeness and image. We will always ask for your explicit permission before using any portion of your call publicly. This consent is given on a royalty free, perpetual, and irrevocable basis, except that you may opt-out from any future uses by contacting us at contact@buylandbuilddreams.com. You are under no obligation to consent, and your refusal will not affect any other aspect of your purchase or experience with us.

3. Confidentiality

We understand that you may share sensitive personal information during your call, including project budgets, land addresses, financial circumstances, and other private details. We will use and disclose your personal information only in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Our Privacy Notice applies only to personally identifiable information and does not apply to general building concepts, techniques, or guidance that are not specific to your personal situation.

4. Rescheduling Policy

We understand that schedules change. If you need to reschedule your consultation call, please use the rescheduling feature within Calendly.com as soon as possible. We allow rescheduling within reason and will do our best to accommodate your availability. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations without notice may result in forfeiture of the consultation bonus at our discretion.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE ACCURACY, ADEQUACY, VALIDITY, RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF THE CONSULTATION OR ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED TO YOU. THE INFORMATION WE PROVIDE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BUY LAND BUILD DREAMS, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS, DAMAGE, INJURY, OR OUTCOME ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR CONSULTATION CALL OR YOUR RELIANCE ON ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED DURING THE CONSULTATION CALL. ALL INFORMATION IS PROVIDED IN GOOD FAITH BASED ON PERSONAL EXPERIENCE AND IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR LICENSED PROFESSIONAL SERVICES.

YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THIS CONSULTATION AND YOUR RELIANCE ON ANY INFORMATION DISCUSSED IS SOLELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, frameworks, checklists, or resources shared by us during the consultation call remain the intellectual property of Buy Land Build Dreams, LLC. You may use these materials only for your own personal project planning. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share these materials with third parties. Violating any of the foregoing restrictions constitutes a violation of Buy Land Build Dreams, LLC’s copyrights and will expose you to both civil and criminal penalties and damages for copyright infringement.

7. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any disputes arising from this agreement are subject to the dispute resolution terms outlined in our full Terms of Service.
